An India based HRTech company “HROne” one of the key players in the HRTech industry, has secured funding from its current investors, Insitor Partners and Prudent Investment Managers.

This is a Pre-Series B funding round of USD $4 million, which is INR 33 crores.

With this round of funding, HROne plans to innovate its products and use these funds to expand its market reach. The company aims to scale up its operations and enhance customer experience through strategic utilisation of the funds.

They will use the investment to build more high-value features that can transform the impact the HR function delivers for organisations.

HROne is already serving more than 1,500 clients, including big names like Piramal Foundation, Muthoot Microfin, Lux Industries, Pathkind Labs, Sula Vineyards, DLF Group, Haier, Droom, and several other category leaders..

Currently, HROne serves more than 20 industries in India, including top sectors like real estate, FMCG, automobiles, health, and technology.

With this Pre-Series B investment, HROne is ready to drive strategic programs to grow its business. While focusing on improving its presence in current markets, the company also plans to target new markets and launch new products with advanced features.

The company, founded in 2016, started as a completely bootstrapped venture with only 20 employees.

HROne’s first office was in a basement, where it all began. They acquired their first 50 clients with just three HR modules before moving to a larger office in Delhi NCR.

Now, the company has a physical presence in Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru.

HROne raised a USD $4 million Series A funding round in February 2022 from Insitor Partners and Prudent Investment Managers.

In 2023, the company was recognized as one of the top market leaders in HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions by Gartner G2.

This led to a significant boost in the company’s sales, and they reached 1,000 customers.
